The Wooten Company, LLC is seeking a Work Order Specialist who is interested in working at different residential properties on a regular basis to assist with issues for our tenants.

This intermediate maintenance position requires:

Above average plumbing and electrical skills and the ability to utilize and electric meter
Painting and touch up experience
Light drywall repair
Routine appliance installation, diagnostic and repair skills
Light HVAC diagnostic and repair skills
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
